SWIFA Competition Officials Contract Form

This form is an agreement of pay between SWIFA and the hired officials for a SWIFA competition. The form IS REQUIRED to be submitted in order to be eligible for payment. SWIFA will agree to pay these amounts to the following individual:

Referee @ $75/day (L2 & Below)

Referee @ $100/day (R2 & Above)

I will be volunteering

I am an UNRATED referee and will be practicing/observed (not a paid position)

I am NOT a rated referee but I wish to be compensated based on my abilities as an experienced fencer (pending Board approval)
